He was an American film/television producer and director, best known as the creator and host of Candid Camera from the 1940s to 1980s.  The show had its  most notable run on CBS from 1960 to 1967. He passed away September 5, 1999.

Charles Robert Redford Jr. or simply Robert Redford, was born in Santa Monica, California, US on August 18, 1936.  He is an American film director, actor, producer, businessman. He is also an environmentalist and philanthropist. Redford won two Oscars: one in 1981 for Ordinary People, and another, for Lifetime Achievement in 2002.

Redford was married to Lola van Wagenen (1958-1985) and Sibylle Szaggars from 2009 to present.

Robert Redford is a major star, famous and extremely popular from the 1970s.  Three that immediately spring to mind are The Sting and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, both with the late Paul Newman, and the other popular one is with Meryl Streep, Out of Africa.

Robert Mario De Niro, Jr. is an American actor, director, and producer, born on August 17, 1943.

De Niro is well known for his portrayals of conflicted, troubled characters and for his enduring collaboration with famous director Martin Scorsese. De Niro gained critical acclaim in the early 1970s, culminating in his first Academy Award as best Supporting Actor for the Godfather Part II, in 1974. This was followed by a Best Actor Academy Award for Raging Bull (1980.) 

His film roles include the young Vito Corleone in The Godfather Part II, cabbie Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver, boxer Jake LaMotta in Raging Bull, mobster Jimmy Conway in Goodfellas, among others.

He has written and directed blockbuster films such as Aliens and Titanic. After a string of landmark feature films, Cameron turned his focus to documentary filmmaking and the co-development of the digital 3-DFusion Camera System. For the year 2009, he is working on a return to feature filmmaking with the science fiction film Avatar, scheduled for release in December 2009.
